What is BioThane?

BioThane is the brand name of all coated webbing products made by BioThane Coated Webbing Corp. It’s basically a polyester webbing with a TPU or PVC coating that makes it more durable, waterproof, easy to clean and weldable.

Why is BioThane better than leather?

BioThane is more durable, cleanable, stronger and easier to maintain. It is also readily available in different colors.

Because of its construction, Biothane is much stronger and more durable than nylon or leather. It won't tear or crumble over time.

Just like leather, biothane is soft and pliable. Because of its coating, it doesn't absorb smells and liquids like leather does, which means you never have to worry about unpleasant odors or stains. Waterproof and easy to clean!

Yes, BioThane is manufactured in our only plant located in North Ridgeville, Ohio in the USA.

*Select your size by measuring from the end of clip to clip in inches. A simple way to measure is by using a string or ribbon. Place string over your shoulder with one side of the string in front and other side in back, make both ends meet at the spot where you would like the radio holster to rest, usually around the hip.
