Returns & Exchanges

All of our products are made by hand, to order, just for you. We do not keep stock of items or mass produce any of our work. For that reason, we are unable to accept returns at this time. All sales are final. We are not responsible to lost, damaged, or late packages. 

Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS, unless specified otherwise. We will not refund based on shipping issues. Most orders will be shipped with an included $50 insurance policy, through USPS. If you wish to purchase additional insurance for your order, please contact us prior to placing your order so we can add appropriate charges. Additional charges will be sent directly to USPS, as they will be providing the policy.

Should you have a problem with delivery or shipment, you will be responsible for filing a claim with USPS at your local office. Please keep in mind that during peak shipping months, shipping may take longer than usual. If you need your item by a specific day, you may purchase expedited shipping with a guranteed delivery date. The gurantee will be provided by USPS, not Rustic Firefighter. Please contact us with any further questions prior to ordering.
