Why BioThane® over Leather?

BioThane® offers the look and strength of leather without the maintenance. Our straps are heavy-duty at 4mm thickness — comparable to 9–10 oz leather — but won’t absorb water, odors, or contaminants, making it an excellent choice for the demanding conditions of the fire service.

Custom UV Printing (Optional Upgrade)

Customize your radio strap with high-definition, vibrant color using our latest UV Printing Technology. This process allows for sharp, crisp names and logos that stand out while holding up to the demands of the fire service.

UV printing uses specially formulated inks that are instantly cured under ultraviolet (UV) light, creating a durable, long-lasting print that bonds directly to the BioThane® material.
