Unlike traditional fabric suspenders that absorb sweat, smoke, and contaminants, Biothane is completely waterproof and non-porous. It wipes clean in seconds and won’t hold odor, making it ideal for long shifts and repeated use. No stretching out, no fraying edges, and no breakdown over time—just consistent support every time you gear up.

The material stays flexible in both hot and cold conditions while maintaining its strength, so you get a secure, comfortable fit without stiffness or sagging. Each set is hand-cut and assembled to ensure a clean, professional look that holds up in the station and on scene.

Why BioThane® over Leather?

BioThane® offers the look and strength of leather without the maintenance. Our straps are heavy-duty at 4mm thickness — comparable to 9–10 oz leather — but won’t absorb water, odors, or contaminants, making it an excellent choice for the demanding conditions of the fire service.

• XL Size Adjustable Range (42" - 50"): Ideal for taller individuals measuring 6 Feet thru 6'4" foot tall, our suspenders have 10 holes to adjust for versatile heights to ensure the best fit possible, according to body proportions.
